We start with a free nighttime design demo at your home. After sunset we walk the property with you, look at which trees, plantings, and architectural features are worth highlighting, and show you how they can look lit. Seeing it in the dark makes it much easier to decide what you want before anything is installed.
Once the plan is set, we select and place low-voltage spotlights for each feature, aiming them to light trees, plantings, and walls without glare toward windows, seating areas, or neighbors. Accent lighting is often combined with path and wall lighting so the whole property feels connected and easy to move through.
Our team handles the installation and sets the system up for app control, so you can tune zones like the façade or backyard, run sunset-to-sunrise schedules, and switch between scenes like Dinner and Entertain. We aim and place each fixture to light the feature itself and keep glare away from windows, seating areas, and neighboring properties. Fixtures can also be adjusted after installation.
